The WRF Series coal-fired furnace produced by our company is aheat supply device with coal as the fuel for heat energy exchange from which clean high temperature hot air is output. WRF Series furnace is a series new product of our company recommended by specialist task group of Ministry of Agriculture, it was designed by ourselves through innovation and creation. It has the features of simple structure convenient installation and use, stable and reliable performance meanwhile, it has the features of new type, high efficiency and energy saving, etc. It is a trustworthy product for users, and has formed series batch production
1.The furnace is composed of combustion chamber, settlement chamber and heat exchange chamber, etc. The system includes blower, fan, coal feeder, residue discharger, flue pipeline, chimney, etc
2.The useing system includes furnace system, electrically-operaed system, wind pipeline system, etc. The machine adopts chain fire grate wite mechanical coal feeding and mechanical deslagging, the mechanization extent of the mechine is improved, the labor strength of operator is reduced
3.Fuel usability good, it applies to Il and Ill category soft coal, and straw and husk and other biomass fuel may also be mixed for use

The grate is driven by the grate reducer, so that the grate continuously moves from front to back.
The coal is lifted from the coal pulverizer into the coal hopper, adjusted to the corresponding thickness by the coal sluice plate, evenly laid on the grate, continuously moving forward with the movement of the grate, receiving the high-temperature radiation in the furnace, and completing the preheating in sequence. Drying, ignition, etc., until the burnout, finally the slag falls into the slag discharge machine, and is discharged from the furnace by the slag discharge machine; the high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion settles through the settling chamber and then enters the heat exchanger tube group through the flue. The heat exchange with the cold air outside the tube, the exchanged low-temperature waste flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan through the chimney, and the cold air is converted into high-temperature air after heat exchange, and the heat exchange process is completed, because the air and the flue gas pass through the tube. The wall indirect heat exchange, so the air after heat exchange is clean and pollution-free.
